Christmas Country Church Tour
The Christmas Country Church Tour in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, and Perry counties features 33 small country churches over 100 years old (buildings or congregation) .
If you're looking for the reason for the season, a trip to southeast Missouri may well be the answer to your prayers. The self-guided free tour, which only features churches that are at least a hundred years old, is not meant to be completed in one day or even over the full weekend. Each church will be decorated for Christmas and have greeters, Christmas music and refreshments.
