Customer Service Representative

American Family Insurance is looking for a customer service representative to fill our staff. We are looking for a hard-working everyday presence, someone that is comfortable with working with the public and other staff members. Licensing is preferred, but not a deal breaker. Within the first 30 days it is a requirement to attain the property and casualty license if they do not already have it. At that point they receive an addition pay increase. Starting pay would depend on experience of course. Base + commission after licensing, additional monthly office goal bonuses and personal bonuses, PTO. Advancement opportunities will be available, and I would love to have someone to promote from our office. Very competitive pay, fast paced environment with a relaxed feel.
